We don't fake it
Orders leave our supplier's warehouse in 1–3 business days and land in 7–15. Nine to twenty business days in total. We say the real number, not a number that sells better.
Tracking from day one
Every order gets a tracking link by email. International parcels go quiet for a week between countries — that is normal. If it stops moving for good, we chase it.
Something's wrong? We fix it
