This website is operated by Goofmart. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Goofmart. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Online store terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including size, weight and what they can and cannot do. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the physical item. Our products are novelty and decorative items. We make no health, medical or therapeutic claims about any product. Items containing batteries or small parts are not intended for children under 3.

3. Prices

Prices are in US dollars and include free shipping to the United States. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Prices do not include customs duties or import taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility if charged. We may change prices at any time, but a price change never affects an order already placed.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Western Bid, which acts as merchant of record. Your bank statement will show WESTERN BID. We never see or store your full card number.

5. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund it in full.
