How long does shipping take?
9–20 business days to the US: 1–3 days for us to process the order, then 7–15 days in transit. We ship from our supplier's warehouse and we'd rather tell you the real number upfront than promise 3 days and disappoint you.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Free shipping on every order, no minimum.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is scanned. If it stops moving for 7 days, email us and we chase it.
Do I pay customs or duties?
Prices don't include customs duties or import taxes. US orders usually arrive with nothing extra to pay, but if an import fee is charged, it's the recipient's responsibility.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. If the item arrived broken, wrong or never arrived, we replace or refund and you don't ship anything back. See the Refund policy.
If I order several items, do they come together?
Usually in one box with one tracking number. Very occasionally a large order is split, and you'll get a tracking link for each parcel.
Are these safe for kids?
Our plush is soft and sewn, but we design for adults and don't certify to children's toy standards. Items with batteries or small parts are not intended for children under 3. Product pages say what applies.
Who charges my card?
Your statement will show WESTERN BID, our payment processor and merchant of record. That's us.
