How long it takes

We process your order	1–3 business days
Transit to your address	7–15 business days
Total	9–20 business days

Orders ship from our supplier's warehouse in China. We know 9–20 business days is longer than some shops promise. Most of those shops ship from the same warehouses we do. We'd rather give you the real number.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is scanned. If tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, email us and we'll chase the carrier.

United States only, for now.

Customs and import duties

Prices on this site do not include customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees. US orders usually arrive with nothing extra to pay. If your local customs charges a fee, it is the recipient's responsibility.

Lost or late parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of purchase, email us with your order number and we will reship it or refund you in full.
