30 days from delivery.

If you changed your mind

Email hello@goofmart.com within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. You cover return shipping. We will email you the return address once your return request is approved. Once the item is back and checked, we refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

If something went wrong

Item arrived broken, wrong, or never showed up? Don't ship anything back. Send us a photo and your order number. We replace it or refund you in full, your choice.

What we can't take back

• Items damaged by use rather than by shipping
• Anything returned after 30 days
• Items sent back without contacting us first

Order cancellation

We can cancel an order any time before the warehouse hands it to the carrier, usually within 24 hours of purchase. After that it becomes a return.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to show the credit.
