Is it loud?
No. There's a faint mechanical sound if you put your ear to it in a silent room. Across a room you won't hear it.
How long does a set of batteries last?
Depends how much you run it. It takes 3 AAA cells, which aren't included. Most people switch it on for a while rather than leaving it going permanently.
Can I wash it?
Surface wipe with a damp cloth. Don't submerge it and don't put it in a machine — there's a motor and a battery inside.
Is this a medical or therapy device?
No. It's a plush toy that moves. We're not claiming it treats anything, and we'd be suspicious of anyone who did.
Is it for kids?
It's designed as an adult novelty and comfort object. It contains a battery and a small motor, so it's not intended for children under 3, and children shouldn't use it unsupervised.
